    Do I need an Exchange server, or is a mailbox enough?

    If you want to share calendars, contacts and emails across a team and keep them in sync on all devices, Exchange is worthwhile. For individual mailboxes, IMAP with webmail is often enough.

    Can I access my emails on my smartphone?

    Yes, all options can be set up on smartphone, tablet and PC. With Exchange, calendars and contacts are synchronised as well.

    Are emails lost during the switch?

    No, we migrate existing mailboxes in full and only switch over once all data has been transferred.

    Can you archive emails in a legally compliant way?
